The Store and Their Customer Service SuckI've bought clothing and products from Express For Men, Ebay, Amazon and I figured it was about time to give Banana Republic a shot. They offered a special for online buyers that for every $100 you buy they'll take $25 off. Well I decide to buy a blazer for $160 and in order to go ahead and push to the $50 discount I buy a shirt for another $65. This brings our total to $220 minus a $50 discount and about $30 in tax and shipping for a final score of $206. Mind you that I really didn't want the shirt and was only taking it for the bonus.

good people at Banana Republic decide to ship me the shirt, charge me and
then email me to notify me that my Banana Republic Blazer was now
out of stock but they could get it sent to me from else where without the
online discount. After much explanation about how I only wanted the blazer
at the discount and not the shirt their customer service representative
still refuses to honor the online discount. So I agree because I want the
blazer so its supposed to be shipped from California next day to make up for
the loss. My next day shipped blazer is supposedly sent out on Wednesday and
