Baton Rouge Furniture Stores

Baton Rouge has a alot of furniture stores small and large. I guess its because there are so many residential areas and new homes constantly going up. About two years back i purchased all new furniture to decorate my new place and went to alot of places. Alot of the bigger ones were crap but I found some pretty darn good deals on some nice looking furniture at a few places. Here they are....all local.

  • Denicola's Furniture & Upholstering - These people own a few places in town and appear to specialize in custom furniture. I found some awesome LSU themed furniture especially bar stools. They've also got LSU gaming tables.(poker)
  • Olinde's Furniture - I avoided going to this furniture dealer for a while because they're very big and now days a Louisiana dealer more than just a Baton Rouge dealer. However I got the best deal on a queen sized bed, gentleman's chest and night stand. They delivered it and set it up for me and I was most pleased.
  • V Watt's Furniture - This place is actually located in Livingston, Louisiana which is about 20 minutes outside of Baton Rouge. However I got a great deal on one of the best looking couches I've ever seen. I also purchased some really nice Ashley tables that I still love. I'll say this they had some really fancy looking King Sized beds there.
  • Kornmeyer's Furniture - An absolutely huge showroom on Florida Blvd. They have some absolutely beautiful furniture that you have to pay top dollar for. One antique desk I would love for my office furniture particular but I think it costs about as much as a kidney. Lots of nice antique looking beds, tables and desks.
