UFC 69 Review - Ultimate Fighting Championship Diego Sanchez, Georges Saint-Pierre

UFC 69 has got the look of being a great card. We have alot of guys who have worked hard, won a lot of fights and really love being where they're at. I think these fights are going to be a great show. I really hope so because I just picked up 2 tickets for the show!

I love that the UFC has gotten big enough to take it's show on the road. It gives fans like me a chance to go see them and I'm sure it does well for making new fans to the sport. I'm really curious to see what the atmosphere is like around a UFC event.

Matt Serra vs. Georges Saint-Pierre

Whoa is Serra a serious underdog for this one. Georges defeat of Hughes was beyond words and unless Serra has been doing some SERIOUS training I don't give him much chance against Georges. It could be a good match but I've got serious doubts. Georges at 4 to 1 favorite.

Diego Sanchez vs. Josh Koscheck

Now this is what's going to be worth paying to see! These guys didn't like each other at all in TUF and I doubt much has changed.(likely gotten worse) Both have had impressive careers thus far with Koschecks only loss being a fluke shot. I put Diego at a 2 to 1 favorite to win this but Josh has got the ability and the explosiveness to put an end to Diego's streak.

Mike Swick vs. Yushin Okami

I like Swick alot. He's been one of my favorite fighters due to his speed and natural ability. Okami is a worthy opponent and a very recognizable guy. He's also very capable of beating Swick. Should be a good chance for Mike Swick to prove he's ready for that next level shot. I hope he does it.
