World Series of Poker Rules!

WSOP Commercials are Hilarious

I tell you that the WSOP has had the best commercials this year as far as the Milwaukee's Best commercials are concerned. I'll admit they make me want to drink the beer but they also make me want to own a pomeranian from the screwed up "Look at that little dog" commercial where the guy sees this ugly little fuzz ball sitting there and says "you're just a fluffy little thing, come over here and let me rub your little belly". Everytime that commercial comes on I look up from what I'm doing and watch the big Beast can fall on that guy. It rules. Personally I don't see why he's acting like a woman by wanting to pet the dog, pomeranians scare the hell out of me. I'll show you why:

This to me:
pomeranian

Looks to me like a white version of this:
critters
You got to have some guts to be petting an ugly little freak like that sitting in your front yard! The other "men should act like men" commercials are pretty good but that one gets me everytime. The guy trying to get the bug off of him while they're digging the hole works too.

Second favorite would be where Chris "Jesus" Ferguson is locked up in this guys refrigerator answering "hold'em or fold'em" questions for these guys watching a segment called "hold'em or fold'em" in the WSOP. Ferguson is the ONLY player who could've pulled off this commercial and not have it be stupid. He's hilarious, he's charismatic and he looks crazy so seeing that guy in the fridge works and I watch it every time!(trying to figure out how to spell his name I just realized he has an official Chris Ferguson site. Ferguson has been pinacle to me even knowing they have a World Series of Poker video game because I have to pay attention everytime he's acting serious with that goofy guy in that commercial. I might even go pick up the game for fun. I love just playing poker and trust me there is a difference between playing poker and being in a poker game as people who are in a poker game are very serious. Playing poker is kind of misleading as there really is no play about it. Its serious to most.

Before I sign off on this I gotta admit the Degree for men commercials are killer. When the guy throws his mother in law to the curve I lose it and I could go on forever but I'll just say good job on the commercials guys. I'm sure WSOP and ESPN got together and figured out they're targeting people in my demographic and they did a great job. Better than alot of the dumb commercials I see during other events that get nothing but the mute button. I have to leave it on though so I can see that stupid little dog commercial!!
